Prefazione

Enrico Pasini e il pianoforte hanno rappresentato un inseparabile binomio del periodo musicale giovanile dell’ Autore. Così egli dedicò alcune sue composizioni a questo strumento, anche musiche per 2 pianoforti e pianoforte a 4 mani.
Il pianoforte fù sempre la sua passione alternandola con quella per l’organo. Spesso, ascoltando le sue opere,  possiamo trovare influenze pianistiche nella musica d’organo e viceversa.
Nel corso della sua giovanile attività musicale la critica specializzata espresse positivi commenti circa lo stile dei suoi lavori musicali con queste parole:…………..lo stile musicale di Pasini è una sorta di nuovo romanticismo che ricorda i francesi Debussy e Poulenc ma che porta i segni di una inconfondibile personalità, forte e delicata nello stesso tempo. Questa importante critica fù la chiave del successo della musica di Pasini. La maggior parte della sua musica ebbe successo diventando popolarissima. Molti concertisti hanno eseguito le sue composizioni intorno al mondo.

Preface

Enrico Pasini and the piano was the inseparable pair couple of the young musical activity of the Author. So he  dedicated to this instrument some his compositions, music also for 2 pianos and piano four hands.
The piano always was his passionate alternating it with that for the organ.Often, listening to his musical works, we can find pianistic influences into the organ’s music and vice versa.
During the young musical activity  the musical criticism expressed positive comments about of the style of this musical works with these words: ………….the musical style of Pasini is like a new romanticism wich reminds French Authors like Debussy and Poulenc but it has an unique personaliy ,strong and delicate in the same time.This important musical criticism was the key to success  of the Pasini’s music. Most of his music was succesfull and became very popular.Many recitalists played his compositions around the world.
